Monologue to Soliloquy

A process-led workshop for Black and Global Majority individuals to shape voice, perspective and presence for the stage. Starting with monologue, we build character backstory, then turn inward to shape a soliloquy—guided by prompts, writing, sharing and feedback. Explore rhythm, lyricism, emotional weight and create a stage-ready first draft. Beginners and sages welcome.

Female Empowerment & Poetry

A creative writing workshop for Black and Global Majority women exploring themes of identity, resilience and social change. Through free-writing, poetry exercises and open discussion, we’ll explore personal narratives and shared experiences to create meaningful and powerful poetic works. Suitable for all levels. A space to uplift, be heard and write in community.

Sport & Movement Through Spoken Word & Poetry

A creative workshop for Black and Global Majority individuals exploring the intersections between sport, movement and poetry. Drawing on memory, cultural moments and personal stories, we’ll use writing prompts, physicality and poetic forms to reflect on teamwork, identity, and empowerment in sport. Open to all levels – no sports experience needed.

One Person Play Toolkit

 A 6-week workshop series for Black and Global Majority individuals to develop solo performance work. Through writing exercises, feedback and rehearsal-based sessions, participants explore form, character and storytelling techniques to craft original material for the stage. The series ends with a rehearsed reading. Beginners and experienced artists welcome. 18+

Rant & Rhythm – Spoken Truths

A creative writing and performance workshop for Black and Global Majority individuals ready to shout truth to power. Using freewriting, rant rhymes, and rhythm-led exercises, we kick out hot topics through radical poetic expression. Bring your breath beats, backing tracks and boldness. Beginners and sages welcome.
